Product does need to be made better. Some of the stones have too much glue causing stones not to be fitted correctly.

Terrible Experience

Website never stated anything was back ordered yet after placing my order it said I won’t receive until end of January… I ordered 2 charms designs with my order. In my first package, only partial of the charms arrived.. so I didn’t even receive all of them to complete the shoes like the image on the site had them… the second package still has not arrived even though they marked my whole order as complete… this was a birthday gift, expensive at that and I’m beyond disappointed. Nobody has even responded to my emails that I sent weeks ago in regards to this order.
