Damaged or Missing Items
We do not offer returns, however if an item is damaged or missing please reach out to us at info@lacecharms.com so that we can help make things right. For any damaged items please be sure to include photos.
No Refunds, Changes or Cancellations
In order to provide the fastest shipping possible, once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to our warehouse to be packed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

All edits must be made before checkout and all sales are final.

Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been submitted, so please make sure to enter any discount codes when checking out. Some discounts are automatic and do not require a code.
